Returns and refunds
Returns
If something isn’t quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can find a solution. Because every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I accept returns on a case-by-case basis.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- in its original condition
- free of odors, pet hair, or damage
Please package the item carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on my part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once I receive the returned item and confirm its condition, I will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom or made-to-order pieces
- items altered at the buyer’s request
- digital downloads (not currently offered)
