Who can buy
My shop is open to customers ages 18 and older. I currently ship within the United States (please contact me before ordering if you need special arrangements).

Orders and availability
All items are handmade in small batches, and each piece is one-of-a-kind. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an inventory error, a pricing mistake, or an issue with payment processing. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded immediately.

Pricing
Prices may change over time based on materials, labor, and availability. The price you see at the time of checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Intellectual property
All designs, product descriptions, photographs, and website content are my original work and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without my written permission.

Limitation of liability
Handwoven textiles and hand-dyed items can be delicate. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, or use after delivery. My liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased.

Disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me directly so I can make it right. If we cannot resolve an issue informally, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of West Virginia.

Events beyond my control
Delays or issues caused by carriers, weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances outside my control may affect delivery times. I will always do my best to communicate clearly and promptly.

Wholesale
I do not offer wholesale or bulk pricing at this time.
