Shipping and delivery

Processing time
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Each piece is prepared and packaged by hand; I do not rush items to ensure safe handling.

Shipping methods
I ship using USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight). All orders include tracking.

Estimated delivery times

• USPS First Class: usually 3–7 business days
  
• USPS Priority Mail: usually 2–4 business days
  Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays
  

Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout. I do not currently offer free shipping thresholds.

Where I ship
I currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, please contact me before placing an order.

Insurance and tracking
Tracking is included with every order. Insurance is included for Priority Mail shipments or can be added upon request.

Delays or lost packages
Once an item has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside my control. If a package becomes lost in transit, I will help you work with USPS to locate it, but I cannot guarantee replacements for one-of-a-kind items. Refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Holiday or busy seasons
During holidays or high-volume times, shipping and delivery may take longer. Please place orders early if you need them by a specific date.
